Setup fee: NOK 10 000 excl VAT (50 % discount on country number 2)

Payout: 80 % of operator payout. 90 % of all traffic exceeding NOK 100 000 of monthly
end-user revenue.

Setup fee: NOK 12 500 excl VAT
Monthly fee: NOK 750 excl VAT
