The SMS Bulk Gateway product means that you can purchase a volume of SMS and
deliver SMS to many mobile phones, either at the same time, or over a period of
time.
The SMS Bulk Gateway makes it easy to deliver SMS worldwide. When you are connected
to the gateway, you get access to all available routes and features. If you need
to buy and deliver SMS for different purposes, and the receivers should not be charged
for receiving SMS, the ViaNett SMS Bulk Gateway is the product you are looking for.
More details about the SMS Bulk Gateway and SMS delivery
- SMS Delivery is one-way communication, from you to your
clients/subscribers.
- The SMS Bulk Gateway covers all GSM networks around the
world. ViaNett offers more than 30 international SMS routes. The Gateway has
a default route setup. A route is "the road" on which we are bringing the SMS
to the mobile phone. Only routes with the highest quality are used for this
default routing.
- The available routes have different quality, features,
coverage and prices. Sometimes price is what is most important to you, and sometimes
quality and speed are the critical factors for your service. You may let
ViaNett take control over the routing process, or you can handle the routing
yourself with one connection to each route. By default, the SMS Bulk Gateway
will automatically take care of the routing for you.
- The SMS Bulk Gateway has a set of live online statistics
tools. Summaries and detailed information down to every submitted message is
available. You get live cost-control and charge for all messages. The statistics
also contain delivery reports, and can be very useful when you want to check
the delivery status of a message. Why didn't the mobile phone receive the message
instantly? Was it because of a full SIM-card, or was the phone switched off
or out of coverage? Both intermediate and final delivery reports are available.
- It is also possible to send MMS and WAP-push through
the SMS Bulk Gateway.
